Share Your Time and Talent with Teens
Rewarding. Meaningful. Fun. These are some volunteers from a learning center in our network – PLC – describing what it’s like working with their teen members. Can you:
- tutor
- lead a small class
- offer a workshop
- offer an internship, volunteer or work experience
We are interested in any volunteer who has a passion to work with teens.
Some areas of interest are shown below but not limited to:
- Tutoring: Math, Writing, Test Prep
- Literature Analysis, Anime, Book Club, Scriptwriting
- Animal Behavior, Foraging, Geology, Astronomy
- World History, Geography, Music History, Philosophy, History of Video Games
- American Sign Language, French, Spanish
- Video Game Design,
- Computers/Electronics/Robotics, 3D Design & Printing, Video Production, Making Movies, Filmmaking Studies,
- Drawing, Photography
- Workshops or Short Courses: Cosmetics, Woodworking, Wilderness Survival, Crafting, Sewing and Fashion Design, Car Design, Environmental Science
